ANSWER: Absolutely Not!!! There is no cost or, obligation to purchase anything, to take advantage of this offer.
QUESTION: What are your Resorts like?
ANSWER: All of our resorts are 5 STAR or GOLD CROWN first class resorts with an array of amenities, and luxurious suites, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom villa style accommodations
QUESTION: What type of accommodations will I have?
ANSWER: Disney area locations include most hotels & suites are located within the confines of our luxurious resort properties, including passes to enjoy all of the amenities. Gulf coast resorts are all water front, locations with such names as Hilton, Ramada, Holiday Inn and more
QUESTION: Are there any upgrade offers at any of your locations?
ANSWER: YES Absolutely Orlando locations offer 1.2, or 3, Br. Luxury Homes, and vacation villas, for a very low upgrade fee!
QUESTIONS: Is this a high pressure sales presentation?
ANSWER: This is 90 minute courteous and professional sales presentation of a very LUXURIOUS resort. Conducted by a qualified resort representative. All representatives are required to perform thier duties as professionals. High pressure tactics are seldom successful, never excused, and really not necessary in the sale of these resort properties.
QUESTION: How much in advance do I need to make a reservation?
ANSWER: Reservations can be made from as little as seven (7) days in advance, or up to 1 year from todays date.
QUESTION: Does this offer include a Rental Car and (or) Air Fare?
ANSWER: Sorry, this Promotion is for Accommodations only, you must provide your own transportation, to, from, and between destinations
QUESTION: When is it the best time to come to Disney World?
ANSWER: If you are asking, when is it less crowded? The rule of thumb here is when public schools around the country are in session, the traffic at Disney World is lighter. Summer Time, Spring Break, & Christmas Break, seem to be the busiest of times, but any Holiday could bring massive crowds to the parks.
QUESTION: We are a family of four, 2 adults & 2 children. Which hotel offers more for the kids?
ANSWER: Please understand that all of our properties are kid friendly. All of our resorts and hotels go out of their way to provide as much as possible for the children, including supervised childrens activities through out the week.

QUESTION: What are your office hours?
ANSWER: We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm eastern time. Closed Week-Ends and Holidays. However, we can respond to emergencies thru voicemail paging system. Our resorts are open and provide tours seven days a week.
QUESTION: We are flying into Orlando. I see where some of your properties offer FREE shuttle service. Will I need a rental car?
ANSWER: The shuttle service mentioned, is from your hotel to the attractions ie. Disney Universal Studio, & Sea World, and does not cover transportation to or from the airport. We suggest you rent a car online, before you travel
QUESTION: Since your rates on hotels, and attraction tickets, do you also have discounted or free airline tickets?
ANSWER: No, we leave that up to professionals at the airlines or travel agencies, we are a timeshare marketing company, and do not perform as a travel agent
QUESTION: Do any of your hotels or resorts allow pets?
ANSWER: We apologize for any inconvenience, but for the comfort of other guests, none of our properties will allow pets.
QUESTION: Since all of the hotels are so close to Disney World, how far is your properties from Universal and Sea World?
ANSWER: Sea World is about 5 minutes by car from I-4 and Hwy. 535. Universal Studios is a little further, at about 15 minutes away.
